The Operator shall not be liable for any bet that was not successfully confirmed due to technical issues, connectivity problems or system errors.
In the event of a manifest error — including, without limitation, incorrect odds, pricing errors, or settlement errors resulting from data feed failures — the Operator reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. The Operator will endeavour to correct errors promptly and will notify affected players where practicable.
Any Player who is found to have placed bets with knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing or any other form of sports corruption — including events within PSL, ICC tournaments or any other competitions offered on the Platform — will have their Account permanently closed, all winnings forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
